Pricing questions

What counts as a conversation?

One customer talking to your AI employee on one channel within 24 hours, however many messages they exchange. Each plan also carries a fair-use ceiling of 10 AI messages per conversation on average.

Do I pay for WhatsApp separately?

Your WhatsApp Business number is connected through Meta; Meta bills its own per-conversation fees to your account. RIDKK does not mark them up.

What happens when I reach my limit?

Your AI employees pause and new messages land in your team inbox with a clear notice — no customer is left unanswered by surprise. Upgrade in one click and the AI resumes immediately.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — switch plans any time; the change takes effect immediately and the unused part of your previous plan is credited to your next invoice. Cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Is the trial really free?
